Originally known as Vans #36, the Old Skool model saw the light of day in 1977, with a unique novelty: a doodle pattern designed by founder Paul Van Doren, and originally called "jazz stripe". Today, the famous Sidestripe has become the unmistakable and instantly recognizable emblem of the Vans brand. Featuring a durable suede and canvas upper in a green colorway, these Old Skool low-top lace-ups pay homage to our heritage while remaining as iconic as ever.
