You can sell your clothes during our NEWLIFE collection periods and drop them off according to the drop-off times of the selected store. Go to the MYTAO App for all the information on our participating stores, specifics, and collection dates.

How do I drop off my clothes?
Download the MyTAO App and follow the NEWLIFE guide to prepare your drop-off in advance. Preparing your selection in the MYTAO App is mandatory. Select a participating store, sort through a few clicks from your purchase history, and drop off your TAO clothes at your selected store. Your rewards will be credited immediately after validation by our in-store teams! The drop-off service is reserved for members of the MYTAOCOMMUNITY loyalty program. If you are not a member yet, you can simply register during your drop-off in the store!

Is it possible to return or exchange a NEWLIFE garment?
Like new items, NEWLIFE clothes are guaranteed for the entire season. If they are still labeled, you can exchange them, but they are not refundable.

How do I use my NEWLIFE voucher?
By selling your clothes to us, you immediately accumulate € on your MYTAO rewards! This reward is valid for 6 months following your last purchase, made with a valid loyalty membership. It can be used on new or second-hand clothing, in-store or on our website. It is neither exchangeable nor refundable for cash.
