When should I drop off my clothes?
Go to the Tape à l'oeil application for all information on participating stores and collection periods. Once your drop-off is prepared on the application, contact your store to book your slot directly and enjoy an optimal experience.
How do I drop off my clothes?
Download the Tape à l'oeil application and follow the Second Hand guide to prepare your drop-off. Preparing your selection on the app is mandatory. Select your store and click on the clothes you want to sell from your purchase history. Once your drop-off is prepared on the app, contact your store to book your slot directly and enjoy an optimal experience. Your loyalty kitty will be credited immediately after validation by our in-store teams. The drop-off service is reserved for Club Fidélité program members. If you are not yet a member, you can sign up during your in-store drop-off.
Is the number of items per drop-off limited?
Yes. The number of items per drop-off is limited to a maximum of 20 garments. However, the number of drop-offs per customer is unlimited. Once your selection has been dropped off and validated in-store, you can return to the app to create a new drop-off.
What are the prices set for trading in clothes?
Our trade-in price list is available here. The trade-in price of your garment is estimated directly and automatically on the Tape à l'oeil app.
What are the conditions for trading in clothes?
To guarantee quality second-hand clothing in our Second Hand corners, all your clothes are carefully inspected by our teams during your drop-off. Check our quality charter to make sure they are eligible for trade-in.
Can I complete my drop-off with additional items in-store?
No, it is technically impossible for our teams to add items that were not pre-registered in your selection. Once your selection is dropped off and validated in-store, you can return to the app to create a new drop-off.
Is it possible to return or exchange Second Hand clothing?
Just like new items, Second Hand clothes are guaranteed all season long. If they still have their tags on, you can exchange them; however, they are non-refundable.
How do I use my Second Hand balance?
By selling us your clothes, you instantly earn € into your Club Fidélité kitty! This balance is valid for 6 months following your last purchase made with a valid loyalty membership. It can be used on new or second-hand clothes, in-store or on our website. It is neither exchangeable nor refundable for cash.
