Throughout the season, until the last day of sales, we refund unworn and unwashed items from the current season.
Return to one of our stores
Go to your nearest store with your tagged product and your receipt, and we will take back your product throughout the season, whether delivered to the store, to a Relay point, or by post.
"Web Exclusive" products, "Old Collections," "Outlet," and "Good Deals" are non-exchangeable and non-refundable in-store but only at a relay point (for deliveries to RELAY POINT) or by post (for postal deliveries).
Exchange or return your Mondial Relay order via a relay point
Go to your relay point with your tagged product, in its original packaging (or at minimum in a box, bubble envelope) and with the duly filled return slip (mandatory for a free return). Your refund will take place a few days after receipt of your package in our warehouse.
Exchange or return your La Poste order via La Poste
Return the products in their original packaging accompanied by a note mentioning the order number to the following address:

Shipping costs will be at your expense. Upon receipt of the package, we will refund your bank account the amount paid for the items.
Purchases/orders paid in-store are neither exchangeable via Mondial Relay nor by post. To make a return or exchange, you must go to the store (either the delivery store or another one).
