Launched in 1978 under the name Style 38, Sk8-Hi shoes featured the now iconic Sidestripe on a new, innovative high-top silhouette. The second style to have the famous 'jazz stripe' pattern, the Sk8-Hi marked an aesthetic turning point in the history of Vans. A tribute to the first design of these legendary black and white high-top shoes, Sk8-Hi trainers have hard-wearing suede and canvas uppers and come in a range of classic and unexpected colours. They also feature a reinforced toe, a padded collar for extra support and our iconic waffled rubber outsole.
