Le sweat a déteint alors que j'ai mis 3 lingettes anti décoloration, et comme un autre sweat de la même matière dès le 1er lavage il a bouloché, quel dommage

Bonjour Mathilde, oh zuuttt nous sommes désolés pour la gêne occasionnée cependant nous n’avons pas eu de retour sur ce produit, n’hésitez donc pas à échanger dans votre magasin préféré. Par la suite je vous recommande de baisser la température du lavage et de laver sur l’endroit et non sur l’envers. L’effet gratté à l’intérieur a en effet tendance à relarguer quelques fibres au premier lavage. L’idéal serai même d’utiliser un guppy bag pour éviter que les micro fibres parte dans les eaux usées.
