Throughout the season, until the last day of sales, we refund unworn and unwashed items from the current season.
Return in one of our stores
Visit your nearest store with your "tagged" product and your receipt, and we will take back your product throughout the season, whether it was delivered to the store, a Relay point, or by Post.
"Web Exclusive", "Old Collections", "Outlet", and "Good Deals" products are neither exchangeable nor refundable in stores but only at relay points (for deliveries at RELAY POINT) or by post (for deliveries by Post).
Exchange or return your Mondial Relay order via a relay point
Go to your relay point with your "tagged" product, in its original packaging (or at least in a box or bubble envelope), and accompanied by the duly completed return slip (mandatory for a free return). Your refund will occur a few days after receiving your package at our warehouse.

Shipping costs will be at your expense. Upon receipt of the package, we will credit your bank account with the amount paid for the items.
Purchases/orders paid in store cannot be exchanged via Mondial Relay or by Post. To make a return or exchange, you must go to the store (either the delivery store or another).
